Nestle needed packaging designed for a range of Rice pudding chilled desserts. The product was to be trialed with two flavours initially of original and vanilla. These were the final products that are shelved in Asda as we speak!

The product although very low budget had to be appealing and stand out on the shelf against competing products of a similar field. The design needed to be simplistic, refelct the pricing and appeal to working class families.

Feedback from Nestle was great, although this was ZESTs first packaging design for yoghurts Nestle were pleased we were able to bring new ideas and style to their Jan Jac range that hadn't been explored before.

Not being a massive Rice pudding fan I was reluctant to try the product....however, having designed the packaging it would be rude not to. I must say they are very good so get yourself down to Asda and try them. There is nothing better than seing your artwork in the store of a massive retailer.

What are we working on...

At ZEST we have been mostly....re-doing our own website! Along with a fun, fresh layout we have updated our portfolio with some of our newest designs! We are encouraging getting FUN back into design and will always supply one design concept out of 3 that is a bit 'edgy'....it's up to you if you dare go with it!

Events...

Getting into the networking spirit here at ZEST. After organising the first local networking event for The Chamber of Trade, ZEST was proud to say what a succesful event it was. Meeting local businesses and finding out what they do and offer....next event will be a breakfast networking group at Rustington Manor Hotel
